Frequently asked questions

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What gives?

First, take a deep breath. Then, check your spam/junk folder—it’s probably hiding there. If you still can’t find it, reach out, and we’ll help track it down.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We’ve partnered with Shopify to give you a range of discounted shipping options. So, you’re getting the best deal possible!

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its every move like an overprotective parent.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Just keep in mind that shipping costs and delivery times might be a little higher if you’re far, far away.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or tweak your order, reach out immediately. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes, and you’ll have to go through the return/repair process.

What’s your return policy?

All sales through our site are final. But hey, we’re not monsters — if something’s off, shoot us a message and let’s chat. We’ll see what we can do to help.

I just got my pedal and it’s acting weird. What should I do?

Before panicking, remember that every pedal goes through rigorous testing before it ships out. If there’s an issue, reach out to us ASAP. It might be something simple we can sort out through email. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we determine a repair is needed, we’ll handle it for free — including shipping. After the 7 days, repairs will cost $50, plus shipping. Don’t worry, we’ve still got your back!

What kind of warranty do your products come with?

We’re proud of what we build (I mean, my name’s literally on it.) Every pedal comes with a 1-year warranty for materials and workmanship, tied to the original buyer. If something goes wrong under normal use, like an electrical or mechanical failure, we’ll fix it. Reach out, and we’ll get the process rolling.

Here’s what’s not covered:

  • Using the wrong power supply, reverse polarity, or overvoltage.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Liquid damage (no, pedals and drinks don’t mix.)
  • Any mods or repairs done by someone other than Whitman Audio.

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if it looks like your pedal’s been subjected to anything outside normal usage.

Do you offer an Artist/Influencer Endorsement Program?

Maybe! We’re a small team just trying to keep up with day to day business, but don't hesitate to reach out! Let’s chat and see what we can create together.

Do you ever do custom work?

In short, hell yeah! Got a wild idea? Let’s hear it. Reach out and we’ll see what magic we can make together.

Can I send you my pedal to mod?
